For some, it was the long awaited time to join their older brother or sister at 'big school'. For others it was a new, and a little nervous, time, especially for mum and dad. However, there was nothing to worry about as they entered the learning space eyes filled with wonder at all the developmental play stations prepared by their teachers.
Current Kinder mum, Katrina Mazza, had this to say about her child's first year of school, "Kindergarten for Giancarlo has been a whirlwind of excitement, learning, growth, new friendships and loads of fun! He is so proud of himself and how he can read and write. This is all credit to his beautiful, supportive and encouraging teachers. We are so proud to be a part of the truly blessed community we have at OLA."
It is such an enriching experience to welcome new families into our school community. Thank you, once again, to the P&F for providing another lovely morning tea and to all our ‘bakers extraordinaire.'
