OAL Jumps for Fun

Students from Kindergarten to Year 6 are developing their skipping skills. They have learnt the fundamental movements necessary to skip and learning new tricks with the help of their instructor from Dance Fever. 

Students are now practising these new skills during playtime and at home.

Kaitlin W (Yr 5/6)- I love skipping. I like learning different tricks and techniques during the time given. After the lesson I go home and practise these skills. 

Brandon Y (Yr 5/6)- I think skipping is enjoyable, fun, energetic and good for your fitness. It is also tiring and easy to learn.
